wholesale.beer — Privacy Policy

wholesale.beer is an ordering app that connects breweries with their wholesale customers. This policy describes what information the app handles and how it is used.

Information we collect

• Brewery staff accounts — name, email address, and password (stored as a secure hash by our authentication provider).
• Wholesale customer profiles — business name, delivery address, contact name, phone number, and invoice email, entered by the brewery you order from.
• Order data — the products, quantities, delivery dates, and notes associated with orders you place or manage.
• Invoicing data — if a brewery connects QuickBooks Online, invoice records are created in their QuickBooks account for orders you place.

What we don't do

• We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing.
• We do not use advertising networks or cross-app tracking.
• We do not collect your location.

Where data lives

Data is stored with Supabase (database and authentication) in the United States. Each brewery's data is isolated from every other brewery's. Invoicing data flows to Intuit QuickBooks only when a brewery explicitly connects their own QuickBooks account.

Data retention & deletion

Order history is retained so breweries can meet bookkeeping and tax obligations. To request deletion of your account or data, contact us at the email below and we will respond within 30 days.
